POINT DEFIANCE CAFE AND CASINO

COMPLAINT FOR DECLARATORY AND INJUNCTIVE RELIEF
filed in Superior Court July 18, 2008. First injunctive hearing August 1 was rescheduled to October as Ruston Special Legal Counsel refused to stipulate to 3-1 vote in the Ruston Town Council. This will double the costs to the Town. We are attempting to get costs for first hearing via PRR (Public Records Request) and will post them when available. Meanwhile Point Defiance Casino closed its gambling operations and is suing the Town of Ruston for 9.7 million dollars.
